Think charred, caramelised pineapples and toffee overtures atop a 5-year-aged dark rum base. This rum is made for sipping, an after-dinner treat to be enjoyed alongside retro favourite desserts like Black Forest cake, Bombe Alaska and chocolate fondue.

Head Distiller James Reed says that his "Pineapple Upside-down Cake" Rum is a unique rum made from the same ingredients and flavours of his favourite cake growing up as a kid. He loved the tartness of pineapple balanced with the sweetness of the brown sugar and cherry - all in a vanilla cake. For the last 12 months, this rum has been ageing in the barrel with roasted fresh pineapple topped with brown sugar, dark cherries and loads of vanilla beans to make this decadent rum.

Tasting Notes Colour: Bright, dark copper tone. Nose: Pineapple, rich rum cake, dried fruits and caramel. Palate: Pineapple, vanilla, ginger, brown sugar with lingering cherry notes. Finish: Warm, lingering long finish.
