The Grove's own mixologist Jeremy Rich, has crafted this delicious recipe that you can recreate at home.
• 45ml The Grove Coconut Grove Rum
• 20mL lime juice
• 10mL sugar
• Soda water (We recommend London Essence Roasted Pineapple soda with dehydrated pineapple garnish)
• Fresh lime wedge (or dehydrated pineapple)
1) Mix rum, syrup and lime juice in glass and top with soda to half way up glass
2) Stir, fill with ice
3) Garnish with fresh lime wedge or dehydrated pineapple.
