A classic mojito never goes out of style.
Elevate this refreshing summer cocktail with The Grove Caribbean White as your rum base and a twist on the classic with The Grove’s Strawberry Liqueur and fresh strawberries.
- 2 limes
- 30ml The Grove Strawberry Liqueur
- 12 sprigs fresh mint, plus extra to serve
- 4 strawberries
- 90ml The Grove Caribbean White
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method:
- Cut lime into quarters; place 6 lime wedges and strawberries into cocktail shaker. Using muddler, crush lime wedges with strawberry liqueur and sprigs of mint. Add rum and ice; shake vigorously.
- Strain into four 125ml glasses; top with soda water. Add remaining lime wedges and extra mint leaves to each glass.
