A classic mojito never goes out of style.
Elevate this refreshing summer cocktail with The Grove Caribbean White as your rum base and a lavender garnish to wow the crowd.
- 2 limes
- 30ml sugar syrup
- 12 sprigs fresh mint, plus extra to serve
- 4 lavender fronds
- 90ml The Grove Caribbean White
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Cut lime into quarters; place 6 lime wedges into cocktail shaker. Using muddler, crush lime wedges with sugar syrup and sprigs of mint. Add rum and ice; shake vigorously.
- Strain into four 125ml glasses; top with soda water. Add remaining lime wedges, extra mint leaves and lavender fronds to each glass.
