Strawberries and basil are a match made in heaven. Quickly muddle this up at home and enjoy poolside.
Ingredients:
- 30ml The Grove Summer Strawberry Gin
- 3 fresh strawberries
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- Soda (we use Fever Tree)
- Ice
Method:
- Muddle fresh strawberries and basil in a mortar and pestle or the base of a cocktail shaker.
- Add to a cocktail shaker with the strawberry gin and ice, shake well.
- Pour into a tumbler filled with ice. Top with soda. Enjoy.
