This delicious cocktail makes use of The Grove’s moreish white chocolate and strawberry liqueurs, paired back with our elegant, dry strawberry gin. Best enjoyed on a summer’s day in the garden with friends and lovers.
- 180ml The Grove Summer Strawberry Gin
- 5ml The Grove White Chocolate Liqueur
- 5ml The Grove Strawberry Liqueur|
- Ice
Topping:
- 2 large egg whites, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
Method:
Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into 2 cocktail glasses evenly.
Topping: Beat until thick and gently pour or spoon over top of cocktail.
