There’s no slap-dash after-thought of a lime wedge in sight when Bec at The Grove is making her Cuba Libre. She attests that squeezing the fresh (always fresh!) lime juice in to the glass with care so that it coats the ice makes all the difference.
Ingredients
2 limes
30ml The Grove Caribbean White
Cola
Highball filled with ice cubes
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, squeeze fresh lime over the ice taking care to coat the cubes, drop in 2 lime wedges and add The Grove’s Caribbean White and top with cola.
