We've created a twist on Carrie's (Sex and the City!) go-to cocktail. Adding The Grove's coconut liqueur updates this tried and tested classic. A great choice for a night at home with the girls.
Ingredients
• 40mL The Grove Triple Distilled Vodka
• 20mL The Grove Coconut Liqueur
• 30mL cranberry juice
• 15mL lime juice
• 10mL sugar syrup
• Garnish: coconut crisp
Method
1) Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill and dilute the cocktail. Fine strain into a cocktail coupe using fine mesh strainer, and garnish with a coconut crisp.
2) To make the coconut crisp: you’ll need to open a coconut up (save the water inside for a refreshing drink), and shave thin slices from the flesh. Dehydrate at 60 degrees for 4 hours or until they start to curl.
