This simple highball adds complexity to our summer strawberry liqueur with the addition of Kombucha. We've used lemon and ginger but feel free to experiment with different flavour pairings!

Strawberry 'Bouch


Ingredients:

• 45mL The Grove Strawberry Liqueur
• Kombucha of choice (my pick is lemon and ginger)
• Garnish: Lemon wheel

Method
1) Fill highball glass with ice
2) Add liqueur and top with kombucha
3) Garnish with fresh lemon wheel.
