The Grove's own mixologist Jeremy Rich, has crafted this delicious recipe that you can recreate at home.
• 45mL The Grove The Spiced Rum
• 15mL lime juice
• 4 dashes angostura
• Ginger beer (We recommend Fever Tree Spiced Orange Ginger)
• Dehydrated lime wheel (or Candied ginger skewer)
1) Mix rum and like juice in glass and top with ginger beer to half way up glass
2) Add bitters, fill with ice
3) Garnish with dehydrated lime/ candied ginger skewer.
