As the first distillery established in the region, we have been making Great Australian Rum for over a decade.

Our highly sought after rums are a huge favourite with those in the know. After a year living in the Caribbean absorbing local knowledge and expertise, Head Distiller James Reed refined his classic Aged Dark Rum recipe and secret Spiced Rum recipe which is now lovingly distilled, aged for up to four years in The Grove’s own ex-bourbon barrels and hand bottled on site.

Our Dark Rum is a five-year barrel aged sipping rum that recently won Gold at the Australian Rum Awards. Rounding out this collection is our stunning Great White Rum and Coconut Grove which can be used to make a range of delicious cocktails or simply serve with plenty of ice and your favourite premium mixer.
