We’ve taken our limited release Hot Cross Rum and poured it over ice-cream to make an Easter Affogato. Swapping out bitter coffee for our limited release hot cross rum gives a playful twist on a traditional Affogato. A delicious Easter treat perfect for when you are craving ice cream but also want something warm and spiced!


Ingredients

  • 30ml The Grove Hot Cross Rum
  • 1 scoop vanilla bean ice-cream
  • 30ml espresso

Method

  • Scoop a generous ball of vanilla ice cream into a shallow, clear glass.
  • Pour rum and hot espresso directly over the scoop.
