This summer, we’re revisiting the deliciously simple and refreshing Dark and Stormy. Balance the complex flavour of The Grove’s award-winning Spiced Rum with fresh lime and the finest Capi ginger beer. Perfect for the end of a hot day – preferably after a beach cricket session with friends.
• 30ml The Grove Spiced Rum
• Ginger Beer (we use Capi)
• Half a lime, cut into wedges
• Garnish with half a lime, cut into 2 wedges
• Crushed ice
1. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice
2. Cut lime in half then squeeze the juice over ice, dropping the lime wedges in the glass as garnish
3. Add ginger beer, almost to the rim
4. Top with 30ml The Grove Spiced Rum & let the rum roll down through the ice.
