Produced and aged following authentic, traditional methods using brand new charred American Oak barrels custom made by an Australian coopersmith. The small 50L barrels give this a distinctively smoother quality to rival Bourbons aged 4-5 times longer. The warm toasted caramel aroma draws you into a surprisingly smooth finish and balance of flavours.
