Have a drink in the distillery, while James tells you his tasting tales across Europe, America and the Caribbean, inspiring our award-winning spirits. Enjoy two spirit tastings in the Distillery Still House, capacity limited to 10 guests. Bookings available Monday to Friday 11:30am and 1:30pm.
A workshop for innovation, where we handcraft small-batch artisan spirits. Using locally sourced products, or ingredients from across the world. Our traditional copper still was imported from Germany, featuring a combination pot and column with a whiskey fruit head pot. Having a combination still allows us to make a variety of spirits including Whisky and Bourbon.
Our location in the Margaret River Wine sub-region of Wilyabrup means we have the ocean on three sides of the region creating high annual rainfall. You can taste what makes The Grove an oasis for craft in Western Australia.
